Youngs purchased Kirk Nolan’s long standing client City Pub Group in Spring 2024. Kirk Nolan were tasked with completing six short programme sparkle refurbishment projects, including the prominent Roundhouse which sits midway between Clapham & Wandsworth.

The characterful curved traditional pub was given a quick facelift to reinforce it’s established position as a trustworthy local pub. The scheme acknowledges the heritage of the site whilst staying appropriately quirky for the local community.
