Browns has been established for 30 years, and their brasseries are typically located in the center of prestigious university cities. Following the success of our recently redesigned sites, the client tasked us to redevelop the concept for suburban locations.

The scheme retains the recognisable design hallmarks of the city sites, and therefore the high quality and aspiration of the brand prevail. An analytical approach to space design has created a more relaxed and informal hospitality experience.
