KIRK NOLAN have been instructed to design a variety of high end restaurants in the Middle East, including a Chocolatier Patissier for a renown chef. The design showcases the creation of the chocolate through large glazed windows that provide a view into into the kitchen, and bring the artisan manufacture to the forefront of the design.

Chocolates are displayed in glazed jewelry style display cases and bespoke joinery, while the full service restaurant remains refined yet relaxed for dining throughout the day.
