ARAGON HOUSE, FULHAM

Aragon House is a Grade II listed building overlooking Parsons Green in Fulham. The site was previously under facilitated and has been redesigned and developed to achieve it’s fullest potential and includes a pub, restaurant, basement bar and co-working space, function rooms, 15 bedrooms and a large garden restaurant and bar.

The listed status of the Georgian building and it’s prominent location required a sensitive approach and extensive negotiation with the local authority. The original building fabric has been retained externally whilst the interiors were sympathetically modernised for it’s new use.

The project brief was to retain the heritage of the site and create a community venue that is attractive to all customer age groups. The interior design style is aspirational yet relaxed to host a variety of drinking and dining occasions, and ensures a vibrant mix of customers throughout the day.

Aragon House has surpassed trading expectations and secured it’s place as an iconic west London pub, restaurant and hotel.
