SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

(F-T/P-T)

We are seeking a senior interior designer with experience in hospitality design and an architectural background. This is a truly exciting role for the right candidate to join a highly successful, innovative practice and to be part of a close-knit team. This is a permanent position subject to the successful completion of a six month probationary period. 

Skills and experience 

  • At least 5-10 years professional experience who can work simultaneously on a variety of projects for a range of clients and scale of project

  • Outstanding design and space planning skills and a passion for specifying products, materials, furniture and lighting solutions

  • Experience of working in both commercial and residential sectors

  • A strong technical background and mindset

  • A creative thinker who can similarly back up concept design with meticulous detailing and specification

  • Proven ability to cover all aspects of interior design from selection of finishes to bespoke joinery detailing and full FF&E specification

  • Experience of producing technical design documents for tender and construction

  • A capacity to work autonomously and remotely

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills

  • Robust, demonstrable AutoCAD skills and competency in using SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop

  • Experience working on high-end residential design and one-off high spec homes is desirable as is a good understanding and applied knowledge of sustainable design

SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN

(F-T/P-T)

We are seeking a talented senior architectural technician with experience in hospitality design and an architectural background. This is a truly exciting role for the right candidate to join a highly successful, innovative practice and to be part of a close-knit team. This is a permanent position subject to the successful completion of a six month probationary period. 

The candidate must demonstrate their experience in producing design documents for tender and construction, and, coordinating drawings and information to submit planning applications for commercial and residential projects in the UK.

Skills and experience 

  • At least 5-10 years professional experience who can work simultaneously on a variety of projects for a range of clients and scale of projects

  • Experience of producing technical design documents for tender and construction

  • Experience of working in both commercial and residential sectors

  • Experience working with listed buildings and in conservation areas

  • Superb knowledge of building regulations

  • A strong technical background and mindset

  • A capacity to work autonomously and remotely, and communicate clearly with team members and colleagues

  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills

  • Robust, demonstrable AutoCAD skills and competency in using SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop

  • Experience working on high-end residential design and one-off high spec homes is desirable as is a good understanding and applied knowledge of sustainable design
